Serve in Royal View Kids

Love Jesus and love kids? You’re already halfway there! Royal View Kids is a fun, meaningful place to serve and help the next generation encounter Jesus.

We have opportunities in Nursery, Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary, as well as behind-the-scenes roles like Prep Coordinator, Check-In, and Hall Monitor. Whether you love teaching, supporting, organizing, or simply being a friendly presence, there’s a place for you on the team.

Serve in 412 or Embassy Youth

Be part of what God is doing in the next generation through our 412 Jr. High Ministry and Embassy Youth. Whether it’s Thursday nights or Sunday mornings, you’ll help create spaces where students can encounter Jesus and build real community.

From weekly gatherings to retreats, conferences, and outreach, you’ll play a role in helping youth find a place to belong, grow in their faith, unlock their potential, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.

Serve in Young Adults Ministries

We’re passionate about impacting emerging and young adults as they grow in faith, purpose, and community, and there’s a place for you to be part of it. Whether you’re seasoned in life or right in the middle of young adulthood, you can help create spaces rooted in real people, real faith, and real relationships by serving as a mentor, Connect Group leader, Link Night team member, or in other key roles that help young adults encounter Jesus and find belonging.

Serve on the Worship & Media Team

Use your gifts to help lead people into the presence of God through worship and creativity. We’re always looking for vocalists and instrumentalists as well as those who love working behind the scenes in livestream, sound, and ProPresenter. Whether you’re experienced or willing to learn, there’s a place for you to serve and make a meaningful impact each week.

Serve in Hospitality & Café

Help create a warm, welcoming environment where people feel seen, valued, and at home. This is often the very first team people meet when they walk through our doors, making it a key part of welcoming visitors and helping them feel like they belong right away. From Sunday greeters to our food and care teams and café team, this ministry is all about serving others with joy. And yes, coffee may or may not be the official love language of the team.

Connect Groups

Help people grow in their faith and follow Jesus in real, everyday life. This looks like leading or hosting Connect Groups, opening your home, leading Bible studies, or simply walking alongside others as they grow.

It’s about creating space for real conversations, real community, and helping people take their next step with Jesus.

Serve on the Parking Lot Team

Be one of the first friendly faces people see when they arrive! This team helps direct traffic, keep things safe and organized, and make sure parking flows smoothly.

It’s practical, important, and honestly a great way to bring the energy from the parking lot and set the tone for a great Sunday before people even walk inside.

Serve in Outreach & Events

Be part of reaching our community in practical and meaningful ways. From major outreach events like our Back to School Bash and Easter Egg Hunt, to our monthly Third Thursday Community Nights, there are so many opportunities to make a difference.

This team also steps in behind the scenes through meal trains, cleaning, and everyday acts of service, simply being the hands and feet of Jesus wherever there’s a need.
